WHat we do

  First and foremost, please read the Blog entitled "What is a Life Coach?".  This will give you a great understanding of what we as Life Coaches do.
   Not everyone makes a good Life Coach.  You need education and experience to be a great Life Coach, and Roger has both.  He is a graduate of Flower International Academy whos founder was the founder of Sylvan Learning Center. He is not only a Professional Life Coach but also as a Certified Disaster Recovery Coach, Plus he has had years of experience helping individuals from marriage problems to addictions and lack of motivation.
  Your Coach also needs to know the right questions to ask to get the maximum results for your life and goals. Furthermore, they must be a good listener and not have any type of judgmental preconceived ideas about any person or subject.  
  You can rest assured that there is nothing that Roger has not heard in the past that will make him judge you.  Through his own failures in life, he has come to understand that failures and wrong choices are just stepping stones for you to reach your destiny.
  You will be amazed at what investing in your own personal Life Coach can do for your life.

  There are times when a person may have gone through a great tragedy like a tornado, hurricane, a divorce, a job loss, depression from serving in the military during war times, or the death of a loved one.
  There could be countless reasons a person might need some help in an area and numerous other disasters that may have caused that.
  Many times that person may need professional mental help through counseling or psychology, but often, they just need someone to help get their mind back in the right direction.
  As in the Personal Life Coaching, the Disaster Recovery Coaching will give the right questions so the client and the coach can understand a possibility of why the client is struggling and then together, they will find a path to travel to hopefully get them productive in all areas of their life once again.   

  Roger holds the belief that if the spiritual aspect of one's life is underdeveloped, it will negatively impact all other areas of their life.
 He derived the name of his business directly from one of the books he holds in high esteem. That book is none other than the Holy Bible.
  In that book, there is a story told of a tree in the middle of a place of tranquility that was called the "Tree of Life" in which if you ate of the fruit, you would live forever.
  Now we know that we will never live forever on this earth in our natural bodies. Still, Roger does believe that by speaking "Words of Life", and follow the principals in the Bible, you will be happier, more successful, and have a better understanding and expectance of circumstances that happen in your life. This allows you to live your life fully.
  Through over the 40 years that Roger has been ministering on spiritual things and helping people with their problems, he has seen tremendous changes in the lives of people as they develop the spiritual side more.
  Regardless of what you might believe in spiritually, in order to have a fuller life, your spiritual side should be developing as well as all the other areas in your life.
  If you have a different view on beliefs, Roger will still work with you, not judging or pushing his belief on you; however, he will use statements from theBible that he has trusted for over 50 years to give some guidance.  
  The statements in that Book has proven to be successful when put to the test in the past and covers just about anything a person will go through in life.  

   Roger has spoken to millions of people via television and radio. He has been on several television and radio stations east of the Mississippi, from Florida to Pennsylvania.

   Roger is a public speaker, songwriter, author, singer, and pastor. He has used television to promote his books, talk on pertinent subject matters, sang, and give encouragement by these means. Roge has a Doctorate of Theology and is  enrolled in college to finish his  PhD in Philosophy in Christian Counseling.
